Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations, refunds and price differences are handled.
Cancelling
You can cancel free of charge before your shopper starts shopping. Email us as soon as possible.
After shopping starts
Groceries already purchased may not be refundable; the service fee may apply.
Lower final totals
If your final total is lower than the amount you approved, we refund the difference through Square.
Higher final totals
We never charge more than the approved amount without asking you first.
Timing
Square refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
