Terms of Service
The terms for using the All LaBoard Express website and delivery service.
Service
All LaBoard Express shops for and delivers groceries to verified addresses in Hilton Head Island ZIP 29928. For every customer destination in ZIP 29915, the only permitted delivery point is Haig Point Embarkation, 10 Haig Point Court, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. We do not offer door delivery on Daufuskie Island.
Orders and pricing
Service fees follow our published Services & Pricing page. Grocery prices shown are All LaBoard Express website prices; Kroger and Harris Teeter prices include our 15% markup once. A temporary 15% authorization cushion applies only to groceries and grocery tax and is released after the final amount is confirmed.
Adjustments
Store prices and weighted items (like produce and deli meat, priced by weight) can change, and substitutions can change your final merchandise amount. All LaBoard Express will never charge more than the amount you approved without asking you first. If your final total is lower, we refund the difference through Square. If it is higher, you approve and pay the difference before anything extra is charged. Every adjustment is recorded on your order.
Age-restricted items
Items such as alcohol require valid ID at delivery.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders.
