What happens when an item is unavailable.

Best available substitute, contact me, refund if unavailable, or a specific substitute you name.
Price differences
A substitute may cost more or less. Store prices and weighted items (like produce and deli meat, priced by weight) can change, and substitutions can change your final merchandise amount. All LaBoard Express will never charge more than the amount you approved without asking you first. If your final total is lower, we refund the difference through Square. If it is higher, you approve and pay the difference before anything extra is charged. Every adjustment is recorded on your order.
Weighted items
Produce, meat and deli items are priced by weight, so the final amount can differ slightly from the estimate.
